Thank you for shopping with Skye5 Boutique. It is our goal to do all that we can to insure that you love your purchase(s). However, if you are not fully satisfied with the item(s) you receive, you may return the item(s) to us within 5 days of receiving it, provided they are in original condition with tags intact. Once items are returned, you will be provided a store credit.
We are not able to accept items that appear to have been worn, washed, not in original condition, or have had tags removed. Every aspect of the garment must be free from signs of wear and odor.
We can offer a store credit (excluding cost of delivery) and request that you return the item(s) unused and with tags intact to us. Please insure that all returned items are sent with a trackable, insured service that provides you with proof of postage, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit. Please allow 10 days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.
Where items are returned to us outside of this time frame we reserve the right to return the item to you.
All SALE ITEMS are FINAL. There will be no return or exchanges on SALE ITEMS.
